The intervention will be a down loadable virus. The idea of this virus is to encourage people to spend time away from the PC doing other activities. Such as swimming, walking, bike rides, reading, board games, baking and many more activities like these.
I would also like to include pictures and videos to encourage people to do the other activities. These could be connected to the internet or video and picture installed the same time as the virus.
The virus will be hidden in a file on the net (such as a Facebook app) and when the file is downloaded it will automatically be copied into the start up file. This will cause the file to be started up every time the PC is started up.
